The food was good but slow service. How long does it take to dish up soup?

Fantastic place.If you want to have great coffee and complement the coffee with a bakery item,this is the place to go.Nice relaxing atmosphere.Fish specials on Friday is excellent.They do a great job serving a large crowd.Can't say enough about the excellent service of the staff.

Interesting menu, but not everything on it is a winner.

Good solid menu. Little disorganised. Need to improve flavors on a few sandwiches.

Good food choices I had salad and chicken dumpling soup was very good. Cappuccino okay. Nice atmosphere.

I tried this place for the first time and I was at least decently impressed. However they did seem to be out of quite a few things but they gladly compensated for it right away. The best part is that they have lunch for breakfast and there are some different things to try if your the adventurous type as myself. I'm looking forward to giving it another try!

Amazing sandwiches! Service a little slow so I always call in my order for pickup if I'm in a hurry. I miss the veggies and dip. They used to have the best veggie dip. Plus when you're here you can check out the great boutique next door.

Very good sandwich for the price and excellent service. Recommend the half sandwich and half soup which changes daily

great spot for lunch in cedar rapids. delicious greek salad. brownies were amazing. nice service. hubby loved his tuna melt.

Please train your staff! 5 trips to our table to correct mistakes made to our order. Beer not added to order, they said salad had no onions (it did). Girl talking order did not know what was going on in the place.

Great place to grab an awesome sandwich! Offers a gluten free bread option too. Would definitely stop here for lunch again.

Free coffee & ice water but prices are a bit high. "Special" was same price as other sandwiches. Meat is good but high priced too.

We are not local but we were hungry for breakfast so we stopped in at first thought maybe it wouldn't be for us but.....it was great food and great service. I will definitely stop back next time I am in town. Thank you.

The sandwiches here are out of this world. The "On Wisconsin" in particular should be prescribed by doctors as a cure for depression

Great place to eat lunch! Seasonal sandwich menu and great soups. Staff is excellent! Local art on the walls, wine, flowers and more next door.

Lucy's is a great place to stop for lunch. They have a huge menu that is a tad hard to navigate but has a ton of variety. I had the summer chicken sandwich and a garden salad, everything was delicious.

I have yet to find something that I didn't like to eat at Lucy's! They sell fantastic sandwiches and soups. The only thing I would say I don't like about the restaurant is the hours. I would love to be able to go there more often, but they are not open for dinner service.

sandwich shop attached to the side of a store. Offers various sandwiches and other foods made fresh. Street parking only, but usually not a problem to find. Service is friendly and fast.

This is the first place that I ate at when I moved to Chippewa Falls and I thought it was the perfect introduction to Chippewa's cozy, small town feel. The atmosphere is cozy and accommodating, and the lunch hits the spot. You really can't go wrong with a soup/salad/sandwich for lunch! I also love how they have espresso that you can order to fulfill your caffeine needs in the same visit!

I was in the mood for a deli type place and saw they served Ruben sandwiches so I tried Lucy's out for the first time. I also tried the tomato and blue cheese soup, and both were delicious. The price was reasonable the food was delicious and the people were nice/friendly.

I loved this place. Got a great feeling just walking in the door. Was a bit worried about the seating until I walked to the back and saw the stairs. They lead to more seating and a great gift shop with wines, chocolates, gifts, flowers, clothing. And to boot, the food was great and the service just as good.

Great location awesome prices but they need to serve breakfast foods

I love deli food, so I appreciate their unique and creative sandwich selection. I can never decide which to choose! Staff is friendly and food is always on point. I also like the fact that they the change a portion of the menu seasonally...it keeps things interesting and there’s always something new to try!

I have never been to Lucy's but we have ordered it at work. I obviously can't comment on the physical location only the food. They have delicious sandwiches and have never gotten an order wrong.

Nice place to get lunch. Additional seats are in a shop for after (or during) lunch shopping.

Always great food. A must stop when we are in the area. About the same price as when we go to Subway and the ingredients and quality of food is about a thousand times better.

Love this place! Great coffee and sandwiches. They have Boar’s Head deli meat which is delicious and gluten and nitrate free!

A yummy place with friendly staff! Had an excellent gyro and a yummy strawberry smoothie. We also had a pizza, my daughter enjoyed it but I found it rather average.

Not what it used to be? Selection is down, service was slow and the food was only OK. Something has changed, not sure what.

Love Lucy's. Delicious and the staff is always awesome, even when busy. Lots to look at while you eat. So tempting to shop at Foreign Five with my mouth full of food, but I always wait. Good job Lucy's!

Great food & friendly atmosphere

Great place to eat, friendly staff. OMGosh The sandwich Becky’s Sassy Turkey is without a doubt the best turkey sandwich I have ever had. Please keep making that sandwich. I’m sure we will be back in town soon and I’m bringing the whole crew.

Great food and great coffee at this place. Its nice to have them down town to actually get some good coffee. Also if you have not had on of their personal pizza's, they are fantastic!

We shared 3of the 4 fall special sandwiches split between the three of us. Each was absolutely amazing . Hard to choose which we liked the best. Friendly staff and great place to stop in and relax.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Quiche is always good and you get a big slice. The attached shop is fun to browse with chocolate truffles for dessert or wine for later. Pretty sure they have Boars Head meats
